First things first — orders over $50 ship free.
No codes. No tricks. Just a little thank-you for going big. 🍷🐶

Order Processing

We’re not a warehouse the size of a huge winery — we’re real humans making sure your gear goes out right.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after you place them.  We print your items in-house.  During busier seasons (holidays, launches, “everyone suddenly needs dog shirts” moments), it might take a beat longer. We appreciate the patience.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes another 3–7 business days, depending on where you live and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Translation: most folks are wearing their new favorite shirt in about a week or two.

Order Updates

As soon as your order heads out the door, we’ll send you tracking info so you can obsessively check it like the rest of us. Same.

Secure Checkout

All payments are handled through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Your info stays locked down tighter than a good bottle of cab.

One last thing — shipping timelines are estimates.
Carriers, weather, and the occasional cosmic hiccup can cause delays that are out of our hands. If something feels off, reach out. We’re here.
